DC/04/00684/FUL. This was a scheme on the subject site alone, for the construction of 8 townhouses. Permission was granted on 17/10/2005.
DC/06/01779/FUL. This was a scheme for both the subject site and the front site (previously Belle Vue Garage), for the construction of 21 townhouses. Permission was granted in May 2007.
