As such, it complies in principle with the aims and intentions of policies 1 and 2 of the Lanner Neighbourhood Plan 2017-2030, policies 1, 2 and 3 of the Cornwall Local Plan Strategic Policies 2010 2030 and paragraph 8 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024.
