It fronts onto the main thoroughfare of Castle Street and backs onto the Quayside Estuary of the River Conwy. As part of the disposal there is the potential to acquire additional land forming part of the enclosed area on Conwy Quay and the Pla Isa car park, if interested parties require these to deliver their scheme.

Process
The Council will be seeking Freehold or Long Leasehold offers for the property. It is envisaged that the Council will engage with the marketplace to explore and fully understand any proposal.
Prior to submission, discussions with interested parties will be welcomed. The Council is not obliged to accept any offer. Any offer taken forward will be presented to the Councils Cabinet for approval.
Tender forms will be issued no less than 2 months from the bid submission date which will also detail the level of information required with proposals.
